Room 11 and Room 1's Birthday Party!!

This term we are learning about celebrations. We had a birthday party at school with our buddy class Room 1. Have a look and see what games we played.

Danielle the Tap Dancer!!

Danielle learns tap dancing and she brought her tap shoes to school on Friday to show us her dance. She was fabulous! Have a look below. 

Athletics Time!! On your marks.....get set....Go!

It's nearly Athletics day time so Room 11 and Room 13 went out to have a go on the tracks. We practiced "On your marks" (feet together) "Get set" (leg back ready to run) and "Go" Run! We had lots of fun. Miss Ramsay and Mrs Burge were really impressed with the children who tripped and got back up to try again!

Library Time

Room 11 loves exploring all the different aspects of the library. Have a look at some of us creating using the Lego and using our imaginations with the puppets.

Reading with our Grandparents!!!

Room 11 were very lucky today to get read to by some of our lovely grandmothers. We had Ruby, Rebecca, Ben and Ashton's grandmothers. We loved reading with them! Thank you grandmothers!

Our Star Writers!!!

Felicia, Ruby and Harry took their fabulous writing to show Mrs Yates. They worked hard to check their full stops and capitals and check that it made sense. Ruby even used some describing words to make it more interesting!! Well done and keep up the hard work!!

Self Portraits

Have a look at our fabulous self portraits! Miss Ramsay took a photo of us and then only printed out half our face! We talked all about how to draw the other half of our face using symmetry. What do you think?

Chinese New Year Fun with Room 1 Buddies
