Fractions

Room 11 has been learning about Fractions this week. We have been making equal pieces using playdough and chocolate. We've been talking about halves, quarters and thirds.

  1. It was fun making fractions with play dough and chocolate. I liked cutting the chocolate the best. I wish that I could have eaten the chocolate!

  6. You guys did a great job in making thirds, halves and quarters. Which fraction did you find the easiest to make? I would half of anything because this is the biggest piece. Did you guys eat any of that delicious chocolate fudge?
