Room 11 has been learning about Fractions this week. We have been making equal pieces using playdough and chocolate. We've been talking about halves, quarters and thirds. Have a look below..
Hello, it must of been very tempting to eat all that chocolate. I would of just eaten every piece. Yum! Would any of you eat all of that chocolate? From Hayley in Room 3.
Hello room 11 you are all super lucky to use play dough and chocolate for making fractions. Yummy! Did any one eat the chocolate? If I was you I would of ate the chocolate. From Danielle,Grace
You guys did a great job in making thirds, halves and quarters. Which fraction did you find the easiest to make? I would half of anything because this is the biggest piece. Did you guys eat any of that delicious chocolate fudge?
Hi room 11. Wow that's really cool, I like your maths learning because you got to use play dough- plus chocolate! I hope you all had a lot of fun making halves & quarters and experimenting with the play dough. What were all the different fractions made?

It was fun making fractions with play dough and chocolate. I liked cutting the chocolate the best. I wish that I could have eaten the chocolate!
